IdleOTSOLD WORLD. NEW RHYTHM.Alpha Test Terms
Rules for using the current IdleOTS test game and creating a character.
IdleOTS is an evolving browser RPG in alpha testing. These terms cover the current test service, provided by Grupa Kavarito Sp. z o.o., NIP 5272889906, al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa, Poland. Contact: contact@idleots.net.
1. Test status
Features, balance and content are incomplete and can change. Test characters, items, balances and progress may be reset when necessary to develop or repair the game. Do not rely on test progress being preserved for a public launch. Real-money payments are disabled in the current alpha.
2. Your account and character
Provide accurate registration information where requested and keep your sign-in method secure. You choose a permanent character name and available world during onboarding; later name changes follow the game's stated rules. A provider's profile name is not automatically your character name. Never share a password or recovery key in chat or a support request.
Register only where you are able to accept these terms under applicable law. Do not impersonate another person or a member of staff, or use unlawful, abusive or misleading names.
3. Fair play and communication
Do not exploit defects, interfere with accounts, attempt unauthorised access, harass other players or publish unlawful content. Report defects to contact@idleots.net. Do not abuse referrals through accounts from your own household network or browser; such referrals may be shown but do not qualify for rewards. Contact us if you believe an automatic fraud flag is wrong.
The operator may restrict access or remove content to address abuse or protect the service. You can contact support to question an action. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
4. Test coins, items and changes
Game coins, items and character progress are parts of the test service, not deposits or money. Test coin balances cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms and disclosures for any future real-money purchases must be provided before such purchases become available. These test terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
5. Support and personal data
For support or complaints, email contact@idleots.net with the relevant character and issue. Do not include credentials. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, and the deletion page explains how to request deletion without needing to log in.
